Corn/Maize Flour Process Technology
Introduction of corn/maize flour process technology:
1.grain clean: it adopts sieve, destone, wiping, maganetic separation and air separation etc.
2.peeling: which uses iron roller grinder and adopts the iron roller grind and wipe to peel and whiten.
3.fine separation of coarse grind: it adopts paddlemill, and sieve the different corn/maize grits and flour through 2mm screen.
4.milling: corn/maize milling uses two sets of flour mill, through the roller mill grinding and round sieve milling,then get defatted coarse corn/maize flour all through the 70-90 mesh screen.
Our flour standard is:
Special F1 moisture≤ 14.0%, ash content≤ 0.70%, wet flour ≥26%；degree of thickness: all through 36GG sieve, 42GG sieve retained no more than 10%,sand content≤0.02%
Special F2 moisture ≤ 14.0%, ash content≤ 0.85%, wet flour ≥24%；degree of thickness: all through 30GG sieve, 36GG sieve retained no more than 10%,sand content≤0.02%
Standard flour moisture ≤ 13.5%，ash content≤ 1.10%, wet flour ≥22%；degree of thickness: all through 20GG sieve, 30GG sieve retained no more than 20%,sand content≤0.02%
