300T Corn Drying Tower

This is a complete production line of 300T/D corn drying tower, we show our two Chile clients around the factory.

This is the corn drying tower's overall appearance. It is 26 meters high. On the left side of the three red pipe is hot air blower, the right of the blue part is dedusting equipment. Corn will be shipped up to the top through the green elevator, and then drying from top to bottom. The horizontal conveyor underground is used to transport corn to workshop.

Cleaning machine clean the weeds and dust in corn, then the belt conveyor ship the clean corn to storage bin. The coal stove provides the heat source. At the back of the blue house is sewage treatment pond.

The left is three hot air pipes, it is hierarchical heated. There is a blue cold wind pipe on the left side of the red pipe, it process the high temperature drying corn to normal temperature which is convenient to store. The electric control cabinet controls the stove and air pipes temperature.
