Cassava Flour Nutrition

We have heard of wheat flour, corn flour etc usually used in our dalily food life. Here i introduce you the cassava flour.
 

Cassava flour can used for cooking. And you may heard of Tapioca Flour, it grinds cassava root to a fine powder, it is made from the starch. However, what we said the cassava flour is the ground root.  Because cassava flour is made from a cassava plant rather than wheat, it is gluten-free and has similar nutritional values to wheat flour, so it might be a suitable substitute.

It contains high amounts of carbohydrates; one serving has 79.8 g, or 61.3 percent of the 130 g recommended for daily consumption. 11.9 g fiber, 417 mg of sodium.
